Our custom teacher licensure testing programs are 100 percent aligned to state standards. We also provide a wide variety of teacher licensure testing services such as test development, administration, and scoring. We work in a collaborative environment and are passionate about education.The Recruiter/Project Manager is responsible for providing operational support for scoring sessions, involving a wide range of administrative and project management activities including scoring session and scorer management, facilities scheduling/preparation and coordinating/recruiting qualified individuals to score teacher certification assessments. Attention to detail, quality control and meeting strict timelines for scoring activities are all essential elements of this position.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Listed in order of importance)Support Scoring Events:Create scoring session schedules within proscribed project score report deadlineWork with scoring team to identify and invite qualified scorers for scoring sessionsWork closely with Pearson HR Assessments staff to recruit and on-board qualified scorersAdministrative Tasks:Process scorer time sheets for biweekly payrollMonitor/ensure compliance with scorer confidentiality agreementsMonitor progress and confirm completion of scoring sessionsAssist with processing scorer travel expense reportsScorer Recruitment:Coordinate and implement multiple strategies in support of ongoing recruitment and on-boarding of new scorersREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEEducation and Experience:Two year college degree required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum two years administrative office or project management experiencePrevious experience managing project timelines and meeting deadlines requiredPrevious customer service experience preferredSkills, Knowledge, and Abilities:Strong written and oral communication skillsStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple project timelines/deadlinesHighly effective organizational skillsAttention to detail - accuracy requiredOperational understanding of quality assurance processes in project managementProficiency with the Windows Office Suite of products
