Essential Responsibilities:

  • Bridge between the gap of Development Engineering team vs Operation team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage Test floor equipment configurations
  • Escalation point for Test floor related issues
  • Investigate and Complete DFS cases
  • Follow up of Inhibited tools
  • Approve EMS and Sampling requests
  • Work with Shift Teams and Engineering on Test Manufacturing floor issues
  • Complete monthly KPI roll up
  • Help train and integrate new employees into the Shift Team
  • Support Test floor running Ops when needed
  • Section Manager backup
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all
  • Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
  • Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics related field
  • Ability to work any shift system including weekend coverage / 12hr shift work
  • Language Fluency Fluent in English Language written & verbal
  • Ability to relocate to Malta, NY.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics related field
  • Previous experience in a semiconductor Test environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization particularly in a global environment and experience in working with external constituencies
